After pursuing their careers and having more time for fun, Dennis and Hans both realized that they needed more space for their interests and friends. They each needed more garage!

So, Wheel Base was born. A safe and secure environment where you can “set-up shop” and store your cars and have room for other miscellaneous items like wines and files. Much more than what an attached garage can be!

At Wheel Base you will find a community of discerning garage condo owners with private, climate controlled garages of different shapes and sizes with high ceilings to accommodate everyone’s needs. Member owners will share a relaxing owner’s lounge with ample space for hosting and entertaining.

Dennis Brozak
Founder and CEO of Design Basics, Inc. Dennis started his business on his kitchen table at the age of 22. He developed unique distribution systems and methods which led to rapid and successful growth for the company. When it sold, 26 years later, Design Basics was the leading home plan design firm in the US. Dennis has also been involved with many other start-up companies as well as real estate investments over the years.
Hans Schmeits
Business owner and marketing specialist with 20+ years of international corporate experience at the V.P. level at Covidien, UCB Group, Unilever and Procter & Gamble. Most recently, at Covidien, Hans held the P&L of the $950 million European endomechanical devices Business Unit.
